It is formed by the addition of Kürdi Tetrachord on Hüseyni to Buselik Pentachord in its normal place.
Musical development; starts from around Dügah note. Its following modulations can be made; Hicaz on Hüseyni (fa 1comma sharp, sol sharp), Hicaz on Neva, Nikriz on Çargah (mi flat, fa sharp), or Uşşak on Hüseyni (fa sharp). Tonic is Neva, Çargah and Hüeyni. The final tone is Dügah after the leading tone Nim Zirgüle note (sol sharp).
Buselik makam scale is mostly used with fa 1 koma sharp and sol sharp (Hicaz tetrachord on Hüseyni) scales especially in its şeds.
